Başakşehir, which means “wheat city” in Turkish, is located in the northern part of central European Istanbul. The region is considered the New Istanbul, as a result of the outstanding display, modern architecture and large infrastructure developed according to the Turkish government’s vision for the future of the region. The Başakşehir region is the closest area to the new Istanbul airport. It will also host a section of the New Istanbul Canal project, which is one of the most important and largest investment projects in Istanbul. Much of its land will fall within the urban organization of the canal project. The Medical City in Başakşehir is one of the largest hospitals in Europe, with 2700 beds and 23 million annual visitors. The metro station facilitates access to important destinations in Istanbul, such as Ataturk International Airport. The government is currently working on a new tramway line in Başakşehir. All of the above has made Başakşehir the main spot for Turkish and foreign investment, and has also encouraged major Turkish and international real estate development companies to set up new projects.

Project description
The project is composed of 18 residential blocks, including a block that will be as shopping center. The housing blocks include apartments of type 2+1, 3+1 and 4+ 1. The project is delivered in two phases: The first was delivered in June 2019, and the second one will be delivered in June 2021.
The project is located in the Başakşehir region near its center (Başakşehir Square), where there are plenty of restaurants, cafeterias, and shops, and only 300 m away from the under construction subway station, which facilitates the mobility to and from the project. It is the largest project in the area, which gives it high investment and residential value.
