The Avcılar region is one of the newly established areas of Istanbul, located in the southwest of the European section, which includes the entire western section of Küçükçekmece Lake, soon to be a part of the “Istanbul Canal”, the most important project in Turkey. It is also bordered from the north by Başakşehir, and from the south by the Sea of Marmara, with a coastline of approximately 6 km long, containing a very beautiful park, a marina and a ferry station that reaches the city center as well as many other region. From the west, it is bordered by the three regions Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt and Bahçeşehir. Avcılar’s close location to these regions makes it an important and a strategic location.
Avcilar has a high investment value because it is positioned at the entrance of the new “Istanbul Canal”, and hosts two highways: E5, and the road that runs along the metrobus line, which connects the region to the city center of Istanbul via 6 stations according to the new metro plan. The stations are expected to be completed in 2023.
The region is characterized for hosting several facilities, including many commercial, industrial, tourist and educational activities, attracting property and real estate investment.

The project’s unique location is in the İspartakule area, which is considered one of the newest Avcılar districts, and to the gate of Baçeşehir region. The complex features a direct view of the valley and the area hosts many new residential projects, adding an important investment opportunity to the project.
The project covers 41,168 m² divided into two phases. Both include nine towers of different heights, some of which have four floors, while others have 28 floors comprising in total 724 apartments of 1+2, 1+3 and 1+4 patterns, plus 55 shops below the residential buildings that will include restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers.
The main feature of the project is its proximity to the E80 highway; only 1 km away. It is directly located on the new highway (Marmara North), which will connect İspartakule area with Başakşehir region. This will also allow access to the third airport in 25 minutes, and is only a few minutes away from the future metro station that connects the Baçeşehir area with Mecidiyeköy area and other several regions in Istanbul. The project is supported by the Turkish government, i.e. the government is involved in a partnership.
