Project area description
Beylikdüzü covers about 11 km2 of Istanbul’s main modern areas, bordered from the east by Avcılar, which is one of the most famous areas in Istanbul, and bordered from the west by Büyükçekmece Lake, which is one of the most important tourist attractions.
It is also bordered by Esenyurt and the E5 highway from the north and by Beylikduzu from the south along 11km of the Marmara Sea, one of the most beautiful beaches in Istanbul, containing the “Yacht Marina”, which is one of the most important and beautiful yacht marinas in the city.
The metrobus line extends along the northern borders of the Beylikdüzü region, which is the longest and fastest transportation line in Istanbul and Turkey in general, as it has five stations in Beylikdüzü, and crosses Istanbul’s western area, from the west of Beylikdüzü to the Asian district’s east end. The government is also planning to connect the region by 2023 via subway, and is working to boost maritime transport from the region to the city center.
The cafes in Beylikdüzü are also considered one of the most beautiful cafes, as the region is famous for its luxurious restaurants and green gardens throughout which the residents can enjoy the finest comfort. The Valley of Life Garden is one the most important gardens, and its first and second stages have been completed. Once the last stage is completed, it will be one of the largest parks in Istanbul, rich in artistic performances, social activities and sports events.
The region is also known for its distinctive architectural landscape due to its modernity and the interest manifested by Istanbul Municipality.

Project description
The project is located on a 44,000 m² piece of land, strategically placed given the project’s uniqueness, as it is overlooking the north end directly off the motorway E5 and metro-bus station, as well as the future subway station scheduled to open in 2024.
At its south end, it has open views of Vadı Hayat park, the heart of the Beylikduzu region, together with open sea views from the southern high floor apartments.
