Bahçelievler is one of the European neighborhoods of Istanbul, and one of the closest neighborhoods to the old and historical center of Istanbul, hosting many touristic spots and economic activities.
The Bahçelievler region enjoys a very strategic location as it is located at the northern end of the E5 highway, extending along the E5 road with a length of approximately 7 km, and covering a part of the famous Basin Express Road, which connects the two most important roads in the region, the E5 road and the E80. In addition to the above, there is a large network of bus stations connecting several neighborhoods through metrobus and subway stations.
The region is a hot spot for real estate investment due to its infrastructure, location, diversity of commercial, industrial and recreational activities on one hand, and the presence of high-end housing areas close to the city center on the other hand.
The region also includes one of the largest gold and jewelry markets in Istanbul “KuyumcuKent, evlilik ve altın alışveriş merkezi”.

The project is composed of five blocks. Each has 12 floors, two of which are hotels managed by two of Istanbul’s most prestigious five-star hotels. The remaining three apartment blocks have excellent outdoor and indoor finishes similar to hotel’s.
The three buildings include 486 housing units of 0+1, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 patterns with very elegant designs. Commercial buildings are connected to hotels, allowing residents to easily access hotel services as well their homes, which gives the project an added value to both investors and residents.
The project is strategically located on the Bassin-Express road, which will become a well-known centre for trade and tourism in the coming years. It includes more than 33 five-star hotels, and offers a wide range of everyday services. Several modern projects for large foreign and Turkish companies were built here because of its important location, as it is also near one of Istanbul’s main roads, the E5 highway, which includes the metro bus line, and is close to the former Atatürk Airport, which will be be transformed into Istanbul’s largest park.
