HAE016 Open-air Tower project

Zeytinburnu is located on the coast of the Sea of Marmara, in the European section of Istanbul. It is considered one of the oldest areas in the city and is nect to Bakirkoy and Al-Fatih, the city’s most famous landmarks.

The area hosts many gardens and parks found along the beachfront. It also has historical importance, as part of the old Istanbul wall is located in the region, and also used to be the main center of the leather industry.

The neighborhood has recently become increasingly important because of its location in the lively center of Istanbul, just 15 minutes from Taksim. The area also features a transportation system that includes several types of public transportation, such as the bus, metrobus, subway, tramway, ships, and the Eurasia Tunnel. The project covers 62,500 m² of land, comprising ten beautifully designed high towers, two of which are run by two five-star luxury hotels, together with seven residential towers of 17 floors each and a total of 238 housing units. Each floor has two apartments of 3.5+1 or 4.5+1 patterns, while one tower has 2+1 and 1+1 apartments. This gives the complex a homy residential feel with an added luxury and sophisticated edge.
It is located in the Zeytinburnu area near the seashore. This region is an ideal destination for anyone wishing to explore historical sites, as it has an open-air museum with mosques, churches, monasteries and fountains from the Byzantine and Ottoman eras.
