kağıthane is located in the European side of Istanbul, surrounded by Sisli, Eyüp and Beyoglu (Istanbul’s center and cultural hallmark).
The Turkish government is currently paying special attention to the area because of its distinguished location, as it connects with the most important central areas of the city. The area is being rebuilt to turn it into a modern transportation center, one of the main projects being the development of a metro station that will connect the new Istanbul airport with the city. The metro system will branch out into all areas of the cityl, making it the first destination for tourists in Istanbul.
Real estate prices in kağıthane have significantly increased (55%) during the past three years. It is currently considered one of the most attractive areas for investment in Istanbul, which will continue to rise real estate prices in the coming years. This has drawn the attention of major investors, especially those in the hotel industry. Many big companies, as well as Turkish and international hospitals, universities and malls therefore set up business in the region.

The project covers 27,000 m² of land, green areas making up 20,000 m² of it. It is composed of 12 buildings, ten of which are residential blocks. The remaining two blocks will be a hotel and an investment block respectively with residential style apartments.
The total number of the housing units is 589 of 0+1, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 patterns, together with 55 shops to meet the needs of the project’s residents. The project will be delivered in two phases: the first phase will be delivered in May 2020, and the second one will be delivered by March 2021.
The project is located in the kağıthane area, one of the most important areas in Istanbul. It has a very high investment value because of the government’s interest in it development and the presence of government projects under construction, such as the central metro station that will connect Istanbul to the airport and from which several lives will be accessible. The project is also near the kağıthane River, which is being reconstructed by the local government, together with the redevelopment of its gardens.
It is close to several metro stations that are both operational and under construction, such as the central station that will connect Istanbul to the new airport, which is only 1500 meters away. It is also only a 5-minute walk from both Axis and Vadistanbul shopping Malls, and is surrounded by many schools, universities, hospitals and other facilities.
