There is also a metro station located on the Kadıköy-Kaynarca line, as well as the coastal road linking the Baghdad district, Tuzla and Bostancı, and the express train connecting Istanbul to Ankara the Capital. The neighborhood is located on the coast of Marmara which made it an important port, as it is considered one of the main ports through which you can access the Princess Islands and the town of Yalova. The neighborhood is also considered the largest real estate market on the Asian side. The urban transformation project that the Turkish government started about eight years ago has contributed in raising the region’s value residentially and in investment.
